1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Glasgow Film Festival, whose registered office is 12 Rose Street, Glasgow, G3 6RH.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to anyone, regardless of location, however, you must be 18+.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

Comment on the Instagram post announcing the giveaway tagging 3 friends.

Follow @glasgowfilmfest and @sticksnsushi.sct on Instagram

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries or comments will not be counted.

4. Prize

The prize consists of:

A meal for 4 at Sticks’n’Sushi Glasgow (up to the value up to £300)

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered. There will be one winner selected.

5. Competition Period

The competition opens on Thursday 12 February 2026 at and closes on Monday 23 February 2026 at 12pm. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 2 days of the competition closing.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

By entering the competition, participants consent to their Instagram handle being used in promotional materials or announced as the winner on Glasgow Film Festival’s social media channels.

8. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the competition will only be used to contact the winner and administer the prize. Data will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

10. Liability

The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost, delayed, or incomplete entries. The promoter will not cover any costs associated with claiming or using the prize.

11. Right to Cancel or Amend

Glasgow Film Festival reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions if necessary
