Fiona Gillies
Fiona Gillies worked extensively in film and television as an actor before becoming an independent producer and co-founding My SMASH Media with Christine Hartland and tech expert Mahesh Ramachandra. She produced The Beat Beneath My Feet, which competed at the Berlin Film Festival, along with Dummy and the BIFA-nominated City Slacker.
Fiona received Creative England and BFI backing for Some Sweet Oblivious Antidote starring Sir Lenny Henry and Wunmi Mosaku. My SMASH Media won the Gold Award for Tech Innovation at Cannes NEXT 2023, and Fiona is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a mentor for Women in Film & TV.
