International Co-Production Pitch

Our pilot scheme for filmmakers across the world to present their project to leading industry executives.

Glasgow Film Festival’s pilot International Co-Production Pitch will showcase a selection of exciting feature films from filmmakers across the UK and internationally. Selected projects will take part in workshops to perfect their pitch with My SMASH Media before presenting to leading industry executives and a live audience during Industry Focus 2027. The filmmaking teams will also receive complimentary industry accreditations, exclusive one-to-one meetings and networking opportunities.

The pitch will sit within the festival’s new Co-Production Day, a day dedicated to showcasing the benefits of working with the UK and Scotland. Taking place during Industry Focus the programme will also spotlight other countries and funding available to visiting productions. Further details will be announced along with the full Industry Focus programme in January 2027.

GFF’s International Co-Production Pitch has been curated to encourage more collaboration between Scotland, the UK and international producers. If you are interested in submitting a project for consideration, please read the requirements and FAQs below.
